Dom/Sub Roleplay With an AI: A Beginner’s Guide
Dominant and submissive roleplay works best when everyone knows where the lines are. These steps apply to roleplaying with an AI companion like Dominic - and the habits carry over to any kink scene.
1. Decide what you actually want
Before you open a chat, think about what appeals to you: being guided, being teased, being given tasks, being told what to do - or being the one in charge. Writing down a few ideas makes it much easier to explain them.
2. Set your limits: yes, no, maybe
A simple way to negotiate is three lists. Yes: things you want. Maybe: things you would try in the right moment. No: hard limits that are never part of the scene. Tell Dominic your no list up front and update it any time - it is your story.
3. Pick a safeword
A safeword is a word that stops or slows the scene immediately. A common system is traffic lights: “red” means stop everything, “yellow” means slow down or check in, and “green” means keep going. Choose something you will remember, and use it without apology.
4. Start small and check in
Begin with a light scene and see how it feels. Pause now and then to ask yourself whether you are enjoying it. You can change direction, lower the intensity or leave at any point.
5. Cool down afterwards
Many people like a short wind-down after intense roleplay - a calm chat, water, a walk, or just stepping away from the screen. Notice how you feel and note anything you would change next time.
Keep fantasy and real life separate
Roleplay with an AI is fiction. It is a safe place to explore preferences, but it does not replace real-world consent or safety knowledge. If you later try kink with a partner, learn established safety frameworks such as SSC (safe, sane, consensual) and RACK (risk-aware consensual kink), and talk through limits with that person directly.
